Launched in 2022, the InsurTech Corridor (www.InsurTechCorridor.com) is a collaboration between the UK and Connecticut, which aims to assist scaling UK technology businesses connect into the US insurance ecosystem.
Meet the Hartford, Connecticut-based InsurTech Corridor team, and the team from the British Consulate in Boston to discuss how they can help scaling technology businesses access the huge US insurance market at no cost.
InsurTech Corridor has already assisted more than 20 UK-based insurtech, fintech, climatetech and regtech ventures to gain traction in the vast US insurance sector that is based in Hartford.
A creative, guided experience where people pause to notice, name and express what they are feeling through poetry, reflection and simple writing prompts.
The session is open to founders, students, creatives, professionals and anyone curious about understanding themselves a little better. We’ll begin with an original poetry performance and guided reflection, then move into private writing, optional sharing and conversation.
No poetry or writing experience is needed, just curiosity. Guests will leave with clearer language for something they’ve been feeling, a personal reflection or piece of writing, and a simple process they can return to when emotions are difficult to name.
Discover a diverse group of early-stage ventures shaped through the Manchester Venture Builder programme.
The showcase will give you the opportunity to:
- See what is being built
- Understand the problems being tackled
- Meet the founders behind the ventures
- Explore ways to support, connect or collaborate
